North East Young Accountant Group ("NEYCAG") was created to look after the interests of qualified Chartered Accountants in the North East.

NEYCAG aims to bridge the gap between the existing student and senior society in the North East region.

NEYCAG's mission is to provide a network, support and voice for its members and a source of enthusiasm for the accountancy profession.

The aims of the NEYCAG are as follows:

• To become the most recognisable social and networking forum for chartered accountants in the North East Business Community.
• Provide members with an extended business network
• Improve members soft skills
• Provide members with information on career development
